Graduate degrees like the M.B.A. look good on a resume, and are often desired by employers. However, this is the User Manual of entrepreneurship education, and when’s the last time you read a User Manual. Entrepreneurship is best learned by doing, and not from a textbook.

Many successful  entrepreneurs understand the need to learn via experience. The best evidence of this is the fact that many of the most successful entrepreneurs dropped out of college to have this experience. Our 3-course EEP certificate is designed to address this very common entrepreneurial impatience.

Using modern lean startup principles means that quick iterative moves are commonly used to optimize ventures. This is why our learning by doing (experiential) approach is so effective. We live by these two rules of innovation:

  1. Failure is OK, it’s how we learn.
  2. Rule 1. is true, no matter what your parents told you.
